To sustain this guiding principle ESEPL Services has established a Quality Management and Monitoring System (QMMS). The execution and maintenance of the QMMS will be controlled by the Senior Manager, under the regulation of the Project Directors.
It is the Senior Manager’s liability to ensure that the requirements of the instruction manual and safety procedures are conversed in actual fact to and are fully understood by workers and staff and act in accordance with it at all times.
